I tried Cann for the first time a year ago to see what the hype was about and I was absolutely blown away by the flavors. Most flavors are a mixture of a fruit with an herb or spice. They compliment each other perfectly and all of the flavors are delicious.
After tasting a few flavors, I needed to try them all.
Some of the flavors are the best-tasting drinks I’ve ever tried.
My favorite flavor is lemon lavender and after sharing a lot of cans with my friends, everyone seems to like that one. If you have to choose one flavor, I highly recommend lemon lavender.
The other crowd favorites are blood orange cardamom and yuzu elderflower.
Cann is low-dose cannabis beverages with 2mg THC and 4mg CBD to give you a relaxing and calm effect. They are great for new cannabis users or people with a low THC tolerance.
Even if you are a regular cannabis user, you might prefer to drink a few at a party or social event rather than drinking alcohol.
I usually drink Cann as an alternative to having a glass of wine or beer after work.
Even though they are only 2mg THC, they are fast-acting and you feel them quickly. This makes it feel like it’s a higher dose than 2mg.
The only downside to Cann is that they have 8 grams of sugar per 8oz. can. That is more sugar than I would like to drink, but it’s worth it because they taste so good.

I recently tried three flavors from Cycling Frog’s THC seltzer line and found them to be a lot better than most cannabis beverages on the market. The key differentiator is their use of natural fruit juice rather than artificial flavoring, which creates a more authentic taste. They almost resemble carbonated fruit juice rather than traditional seltzer water. The taste and use of natural fruit juice reminds me of Spindrift seltzers, but with THC.

Cantrip THC Seltzer Review:
The Cantrip lemon Basil is now my go-to drink for relaxing at the beach. It has great flavor and really subtle effects compared to some of the other THC beverages. I can usually drink a few and the effects are not overwhelming.
I also tried the Watermelon Mint and it tasted horrible. It was similar to drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth. They have discontinued this flavor since and for good reason.
The Ginger Peach was very good. I like Cantrip’s drinks because they are easy-to-drink seltzers and the flavor is not as strong as some of the THC drinks with more sugar.
Cantrip Cola Review:

Zen (Good but a little overwhelming): Sophisticated floral-citrus blend that’s almost too complex. My taste buds didn’t quite know what to make of all the orange and botanical elements. The is a strong vanilla aftertaste really threw me off too. I enjoyed the taste for a few sips but it was a little overwhelming with so many different flavors.

The Good

The Not-So-Good

I love that it is a healthy beverage with zero calories and zero sugar.
There are three main seltzers: Dream, Achieve, and Celebrate.
Dream is an Indica blend seltzer with 5mg THC and Jam Berry flavor. This is a great option for relaxing at home or consuming before you go to bed. The Jam Berry flavor was very tasty, but there was a strong taste of weed in addition to the delicious berry flavor. I liked that it was more flavorful than other seltzers that I have tried and I would absolutely buy it again for a low-key night watching a movie or TV shows.
Celebrate is a hybrid blend seltzer with 5mg THC and Lemon Lime flavor. This is the perfect option for going on a nature walk or bringing to a party instead of drinking alcohol. I enjoyed it during a beach day in Cape Cod. The effects were the perfect hybrid mix allowing me to comfortably relax in my beach chair or throw the football around with my friends. The lemon lime flavor is absolutely delicious. It has the perfect amount of flavor with no weird aftertaste like I notice with some other seltzer brands. Overall, the Levia Celebrate is my number one recommendation for anyone considering trying one of their beverages.
Achieve is a sativa blend seltzer with 5MG THC and Raspberry Lime flavor. This is the preferred option to drink before working, a light workout like a yoga session, or doing chores around the house. I recently drank an Achieve seltzer before prepping to move out of my apartment. It kept me focused, energized and made the process of packing, sorting, and cleaning a lot more enjoyable.

Hi5 is one of the more affordable seltzers available in Massachusetts and there are ten different flavors. The flavor options are similar to the normal seltzer water flavors that you would find in a grocery store. They keep it simple because most people already know what flavors they like. Some seltzer brands overdo it by creating flavor combinations that are difficult to comprehend before you try them. There is always some risk in buying a new flavor because you might not actually like it. If each drink is $5 to $7, potentially disliking the taste is a big consideration.
Even though Hi5 has 10 flavors, most dispensaries will only carry three to five of the most popular flavors.
Hi5 is only sold in 4-packs so I was only able to try two different flavors: Black Cherry and Peach Mango.
Black Cherry is my go-to flavor for all seltzers. Even for a Black Cherry connoisseur like myself, the Hi5 seltzer flavor and amount of bubbles exceeded my expectations. Everything is on point with Hi5 seltzers.

I was super excited to try all four flavors (especially the orange mango jalapeño). I placed an online order for all four flavors at Curaleaf one day in advance to make sure I was able to try all of them. When I arrived at the store, they were sold out of all flavors besides Grapefruit & Botanicals. It was a poor dispensary experience at Curaleaf, but I do really like grapefruit seltzers, so I bought eight of them. They are a great deal at $2.50 each, so I decided to stock up and share them with my friends.
I tested the Endless Coast Grapefruit & Botanicals flavor with a few friends, so I got multiple opinions on this one.
My opinion:
I generally enjoy the taste of regular, non-cannabis grapefruit seltzers. I always have grapefruit Spindrift seltzers in my fridge so I’m not biased against Grapefruit flavor at all.
The Endless Coast cannabis seltzer has a very subtle taste of grapefruit. You can barely taste it. The light grapefruit taste is followed by a stronger botanical taste which basically tastes like weed.
It is definitely a drinkable seltzer but I wouldn’t say it tastes good. I would not drink this for the taste alone, but you get what you pay for.
Even though it doesn’t taste very good, it is still a great value for the price. I was satisfied with my purchase but I would try a new flavor next time.
My friends’ opinions:
Regular cannabis users – Thought it tasted okay.
Light cannabis user – Thought it tasted gross (like drinking weed).
Non-cannabis user – Also thought it tasted gross.

I tried the Lemon Ginger flavored Wunder beverage and it was delicious. It tasted like an expensive mocktail that I would buy with a perfect blend of lemon, ginger and very subtle floral notes. In my opinion, it was very was similar to Cann but with different flavor options.
The effects of the THC had a very smooth and subtle onset. Even though it is pretty low in THC content, you can definitely feel it after drinking one or two cans.

Good Feels Seltzer Review:
I only tried the pineapple mango flavor. Those are of two of my favorite flavors so my expectations were high. Unfortunately the pineapple and mango did not taste great as a mix in this seltzer. This was a seasonal flavor for the summer so maybe they didn’t get the taste quite right.
I felt similar to other low-dose THC beverages after drinking this, but I felt slightly stronger effects from 2.5mg drinks like Cann and Wunder even though this Good Feels drink is 5mg. It’s still worth giving it a try though. This flavor just wasn’t my favorite.

This is the most unique THC beverage I’ve seen. Flyers creates THC-infused craft cocktails (alcohol free) and this old fashioned hit the mark. It taste very similar to a traditional old fashioned without the bite from the whiskey. The herbal cannabis notes put a unique twist on the flavor as well. Flyers’ drinks are more expensive than most other brands but they offer a very unique flavor range and experience that is worth trying.

Dr. Pepper is made from a secret blent of 23 flavors. Well, Hi5 found the 24th flavor and it’s weed. I’m not kidding. I love Dr. Pepper and the THC-infused Dr. Pif Cola tastes almost exactly like it. Green Monke Review:
I only included these drinks in this article as a warning about the taste. These are one of the worst-tasting beverages I’ve ever tried. I thought they tasted like cough medicine and couldn’t even drink more than a couple sips. I had a few of my friends try them just to make sure it wasn’t just my taste preference, but they all agreed that the taste was bad.
