The Taste
Does Bréz taste good?
I was surprised after my first sip of the BRÉZ drink. I didn’t know what to expect. It starts with a very strong taste of lemons – not too sour, but not sweet like a lemonade. The initial tastes of lemons is followed by an earthy flavor of elderflower. I didn’t know what elderflower tasted like before trying BRÉZ, but it is a nice earthy and floral flavor. I like it!
Overall, it is a very smooth, refreshing drink. The mix of lemon and elderflower is different from anything I’ve ever tasted, so it did take a little getting used to. After a few sips, my taste buds could understand the flavor profile and it was really enjoyable. The flavors of lemon and elderflower taste very authentic (not like the artificial flavors you would get from a generic seltzer water brand at the grocery store). The ingredients say that it uses Italian lemons and lemon juice, which explains the natural lemon flavor.
What are the ingredients in BRÉZ?
This is a micro-dose THC beverage, meaning that you can have more than one and drink as many as you need to feel good. There are multiple different can sizes and strengths. I tried the original, which is a small 7.5 fluid-ounce can with 2.5 mg of THC, 5 mg of CBD, and 33 mg of lion’s mane extract. I also tried the 12 fluid oz can, which has 5 mg of THC, 10 mg of CBD, and 33 mg of lion’s mane extract.

The Effects
How does BRÉZ make you feel?
2.5 mg Can
I tried the 2.5 mg drink first. 2.5 mg is a small amount of THC, so I wasn’t expecting to feel much. However, about 15 minutes after drinking it, I could feel a very slight buzz. Not super noticeable, but I could tell there was something there.
It put me in a great mindset where I felt relaxed and chill but still focused and productive. I was still social and energized after drinking it. It didn’t make me feel tired and cloudy like some other beverages I’ve tried. I also still felt motivated to do some chores around the house, and it definitely made that more enjoyable. It feels more like a social and uplifting effect than a “zonk out on the couch” effect.
I think 2.5 mg of THC is probably the lowest amount I could take and actually feel the effects, so this would be a great product for someone who is new to trying THC or an entry-level consumer. The small cans allow you to pace yourself and consume more as needed in a controlled way.
5 mg Can
A couple of days later, I tried the 5 mg can. This can’s size and dosage were the sweet spot for me where I could drink a couple of cans and feel the effects at a perfect level. I got the same relaxed and uplifted effects but just a little stronger. I also prefer the larger can because I enjoy the taste and there is more to drink. I could see myself having 2 or 3 of these at a party instead of drinking alcohol and still being able to socialize.
Also, the cans look cool with the shiny metallic and rainbow design. They would be a conversation starter at a party with people asking what you are drinking.
Overall, BRÉZ is a delicious, unique-tasting drink that looks cool too. I highly recommend everyone interested in THC beverages give it a try. I’ve tried over 50 different THC drinks and BRÉZ is different from the rest regarding both flavor and effects.
