Is Cannabis Delivery Legal in Boston?
Yes, cannabis delivery is legal for Boston residents who are 21 or older with a valid, government-issued ID. Recreational and medical cannabis products can only be delivered to residential addresses in Boston between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission created a municipal zoning tracker to identify the adult-use marijuana bylaws and delivery status for each city and town in Massachusetts. Boston’s recreational marijuana delivery status is listed as permitted.
There are a few delivery services offering cannabis delivery in Massachusetts. However, the only delivery service currently delivering recreational marijuana to Boston is Lantern.
